Travel with your Pocket of Patience

Most of us are traveling these days, enjoying the much needed rest and leisure time. When we hear an infant whimpering in the airplane many often wonder and some passengers even comment

“Gosh the mum has no idea of handling the baby in air”

“Goodness the child will cry his heart out this way”

“Man, quite the child before my migraine shoots up”

“She should have fed him before the flight, he’s got hungry now”

“Stuff cotton in his ears!!!!

Rock him!!!

Pat him!!!

God dam shut him up!!!!!

And there is one passenger with the heart in her soul.
She silently uses her intuitive mind to tell the mother that he needs to burp…

Lift him up,

Raise his head over the shoulder,

Give some soft pats on his back,

A little more if required,

Ahha… Burpburp……. Burp

The burp is out and the baby is calmer.

This is just a way of being silent but awake to our thoughts 🙂
And when it works it also calms your soul,

It brings in a pocket of patience to you,

It’s a checklist for your temperament,

It reflects your behaviour,

It makes you different from the nerds and herds around you.

USE IT!!
